The METAFUJI™ TRAIL is the result of years of development, testing, and continuous refinement. Started when elite trail runner Andreu Simón decided to do a prototype himself, every decision after was shaped by time on the trail and countless hours of feedback.

This documentary follows that process from the inside. From early concepts to race-ready prototypes, it captures the people, conversations, and decisions behind one of ASICS' most ambitious trail running projects.

Filmed across Japan and Spain, it offers a closer look at how an idea gradually became a product ready for competition.
